Through working with me, you will transform your negative beliefs about yourself that are often unconscious and begin to tune into what you truly desire for your life, connecting to this through your own inspiration and a sense of ‘wholeness’.

**What is it?**
Using the energy tools of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), commonly known as 'tapping', and Matrix Reimprinting (MR), we will work in partnership on any repeat challenges, issues or difficult transitions you are facing. EFT is a gentle yet powerful energy technique where end meridian points on the upper body are gently tapped using the tips of a few fingers on either hand or both hands.  Think of acupuncture without needles. Matrix Reimprinting (MR) is a truly transformative energy technique using EFT that changes our perceptions of subconscious negative beliefs that we form in the first 6 years of life and can include beliefs we have collected from our ancestral line and even past lives. When our energy field is clearer from ‘stuff’ that we have been energetically carrying around from our early childhood conditioning we transform our lives; we connect to ourselves more deeply, we begin to realise our self-worth, cultivate more self-belief and connect to self-empowerment. We learn how to hold the space for ourselves in times of challenges and self-parent ourselves with compassion, enabling us to increase our resilience to ‘set-backs’ we come across and creating space to allow better serving experiences in our life. We begin to live into what is possible for us.

**Session information** 
It is recommended that a minimum of at least 3 sessions are booked to give you the best opportunity for change. As with any therapeutic approach, commitment and time investment in you is key. You will be giving an incredible gift to yourself!  I am here to support you to connect to positive and powerful changes in your life - if you are willing and open hearted to take the journey within yourself because not everybody has the courage to do this. And that is okay. You will know when the time is right for you to experience a new way of 'looking at life' through a different lens than the one you have been conditioned to look through. You can expect from me compassionate enquiry along with a light-hearted and fun energetic approach to our work together.

A session lasts for 60 minutes and the rates per session are currently £90. I also currently offer block bookings of 6 sessions that are more cost effective for you as sessions work out at £70 each. Sessions can be held online or in-person at Lifeways Therapy Centre, 30 Albany Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6PG, UK. If you are experiencing financial challenges, please do not hesitate to contact me as I dedicate a portion of my working time to support those in financial need, offering reduced costs. When we cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves through understanding our patterns that keep us stuck, cause us pain, create havoc with our own behaviours and how we show up in our life, we begin to rely less and less on harmful and disruptive things outside of ourselves.  
When our energy field is clearer from ‘stuff’ we have been carrying around energetically, i.e. beliefs and thought patterns arising from trauma based perceptions in our early years, we serve ourselves better through increased self-compassion, tuning into our wisdom, aligning more with values that serve our lives better and making choices in life that support us in wholesome and expansive ways.
